摘要
高职教育的发展已转向内涵建设,高职教师队伍的稳定在这其中起着关键作用。本文由分析高职教师成长特点出发,从实施校本培训、改变校内教师评定政策、分阶段实施不同的教师职业能力发展规划三方面提出了一些建议,以稳定高职教师队伍。
Nowadays the development of Vocational Schools has changed to the connotation construction,and faculty stability has played a key role.By analyzing features of teacher occupation growth,some suggestions are put forwards in this paper from three sides,which are school-based training,changes of policy on teacher rating,and standardization of teachers' professional development mechanism.
