严重胸腰椎骨折脱位椎弓根钉棒系统治疗的临床效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨椎弓根钉棒系统治疗严重胸腰椎骨折脱位的临床疗效,并分析评价其临床价值。方法:2004年3月~2009年10月收治严重胸腰椎骨折脱位患者18例,应用椎弓根钉棒系统对其进行手术复位治疗。结果:18例患者随访时间平均16个月。其中14例椎体脱位患者实现解剖复位,4例患者基本复位,植骨均融合,椎体前后脱位及侧方脱位都得到复位纠正。脊柱后凸角度cobb角由术前的平均45°恢复到术后6°,伤椎前缘平均高度由术前40%恢复到术后95%。结论:应用椎弓根钉棒系统治疗严重胸腰椎骨折脱位效果显著,有很好的临床应用价值,在手术进行中注意观察患者伤情,采取合理有效的治疗措施。
