替罗非班在急性冠脉综合征合并糖尿病患者冠脉介入术中应用的临床研究

摘要 本研究旨在探讨替罗非班在急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者合并糖尿病（DM）时冠状介入术中应用的有效性和安全性。 资料与方法 2009年7月～2011年6月在入院诊断符合ACS合并DM需行介入治疗的患者93例,其中ST段抬高的ACS29例,非ST段抬高ACS64例,冠脉单支病变者20例,双支病变者49例,3支病变者24例。
