摘要
目的:护理警示标识在医院小儿腹泻风险管理中的临床应用效果。方法:选择2010年收治的腹泻患儿60例,同期我院实施了统一、规范全院护理警示标识制度,各科室执行护理警示标识操作规范。护理部根据各护理专科、单元的具体情况以及患儿护理风险管理因素,制定、实施相应的护理警示标识。结果:实施护理警示标识后,患儿对护士工作的总体满意度、总体认可度、基础护理质量评分显著高于实施前(P<0.05),同时,实施护理警示标识前,护理差错率为0.49%,实施护理警示标识后为0.31%.两组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实施护理警示标识后,患儿自我效能中的理论知识、基础护理技能、服务态度、学习态度与总评得分都有了明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:结论:护理警示标识在医院小儿腹泻风险管理中的临床应用能提高患儿对护士工作的总体满意度、总体认可度、基础护理质量评分和自我效能各项评分,同时降低护理差错率,值得推广应用。
Objective：To explore clinical effect of applying nursing warning signs to children diarrhea in risk management by hospital.Methods：Sixty children treated by the hospital in 2010 with diarrhea were selected Meanwhile,the nursing warning signs system of the hospital and operation regulations of nursing warning signs for all the departments and divisions were unified and regulated.The nursing warning signs were formulated and implemented by Nursing Department on an ad-hoc basis of every single nursing division and unit and risk management factors of children nursing.Results：After implementing nursing warning signs,it gave remarkably higher scores of overall satisfaction,overall acceptance and basic nursing quality for the children than before （P〈0.05）.At the same time,nursing error rate was 0.49% before the implementation and 0.31% afterwards.showing statistical significance （P〈0.05）.After that,theoretic knowledge,basic nursing skill,service attitude,learning attitude and total scores of the children＇ self-efficacy had improved significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：It improves the children＇ higher scores of overall satisfaction,overall acceptance and basic nursing quality to apply nursing warning signs to children diarrhea in risk management by hospital.In the meantime.it reduced error rate.As a result, its application is worth promoting.
