摘要
目的:建立测定益母草软胶囊中益母草碱含量的方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,ZORBAX-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02%磷酸二氢钾溶液(62:38,V/V),流速为1.0m1·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长为276nm。结果:益母草碱在0.61～12.2μg-ml-1(r=0.999 8)浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.7%;RSD为1.06%。结论:本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of leonurine in Yimucao soft capsule.Method:The ZORBAX-C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(62) -0.02%potassium dihapdrugem phosphate sdution(38),the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1,the column temperature was 30℃,the UV detector was set at 276nm,Result:The linear response range was 0.61～12.2μg·ml-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of leonurine was 98.7%and RSDwas 1.06%.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,it can be applied in quantitative control of Yimucao soft capsule.
