摘要
目的:探讨采用鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床效果。方法:对本院2005年1月至2009年12月期间采用鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的34例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并进行1～5年的随访,观察其临床治疗效果。结果:34例患者,治愈30例,治愈率为88.2%,复发4例,复发率为11.8%。结论:鼻内镜下行鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤切除手术,能清晰看到手术视野,确保手术精确地完成,使肿瘤复发率低、患者创伤小,治疗效果较好。
Objective：To explore the use of endoscopic sinus surgery in sinonasal inverteci papilloma of the clinical effect. Method：in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2009 during endoscopic sinus surgery using nasal and paranasal papilloma clinical data of 34 patients were retrospectively analyzed, and I to 5 years of follow-up, observed clinical effect. Results：34 patients, 30 patients were cured, the cure rate was 88.2%, 4 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 11.8%. Conclusions：Endoscopic line inverted papilloma sinus surgery, can clearly see the surgical field to ensure accurate completion of surgery, the tumor recurrence rate, trauma patients, the treatment effect is good.
