摘要
目的:探讨急诊患者的心理特点及护理需求。方法:回顾性分析梅沙医院急诊科2009年1月至2010年12月共成功救治的682例急诊患者的临床资料及护理过程。结果:682例急诊患者主要为严重外伤196例,急腹症125例,急性中毒105例,昏迷待诊48例,急性哮喘发作31例,其他177例。结论:急诊护士必须掌握急诊患者的心理特点,了解急诊患者的心理需求,采取有效的心理护理措施,提高急诊患者的整体护理效果,促进患者早日康复。
Objective： To explore the psychological characteristics and psychological nursing care needs of emergency cases. Methods： A retrospective study on nuring care was used in 682.emergency cases＇treated and cured in Meisha Hospital from January 2009 to December 2010. Results： In 682 emergency cases, 196 patients were serious injury, 125 patients were acute abdomen, 105 patients were acute poisoning, 48 patients were in a coma, 31 patients were acute asthma attacking, 177 patients were in other situation. Conclusion： Emergency nurses Should master the psychological characteristics and psychological nursing care needs： of emergency cases, and He effective measures to improve effect of holistic nursing care and promote patients recovery.
