摘要
儿童先天性泪道疾病患病率较高,但目前尚缺乏规范化治疗方法。本文在回顾国内外相关研究的同时,就儿童泪道阻塞的自愈情况、保守治疗的方法要点、手术介入的时机、个性化的手术方案、影像学支持下的术前评估等备受关注的问题进行讨论,并提出儿童泪道疾病规范化治疗的一些见解及建议。
Congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruct is very common.However,obvious disparities exist in terms of treatment method in China.The authors addressed the following questions to be discuss in this paper： self healing rate of nasolacrimal duct obstruction,key points of conservative treatment,timing of surgical intervention,options of customized therapies and pre-operation evaluation with imaging examinations,etc.The opinions on standardized treatment of congenital nasolacrimal duct diseases are also given here.
