摘要
在知识经济高速发展的时代,创新越来越成为高校档案发展的主要动力。当前,我国高校档案工作存在很多问题,需要我们不断开拓创新,寻求新方法,采用新手段不断地解决问题。因此我们必须以开拓创新的精神提高档案工作人员的综合素质,以适应高校档案事业的不断发展。
In the rapid development of knowledge-based economy times,Innovation is increasingly becoming the main impetus of the development of university archives.Currently,our country archives work also exists a lot of problems,need us to continue to forge ahead with innovation,explore new method,adopt new means to constantly solve problems.So we must take the spirit of innovation to improve the archives staff comprehensive quality to adapt to the continuous development of the cause of university archives.
