甲基强的松龙冲击治疗多发伤合并脊髓损伤的并发症分析 被引量：3

摘要 大剂量应用甲基强的松龙（methyl-prednisolon，MP）可通过多种机制阻止继发性脊髓损伤的发生，是目前治疗急性脊髓损伤的常用药物。由于MP在脊髓损伤治疗中所使用的剂量远远超过临床常用的剂量，大剂量MP应用是否对合并脊髓损伤的多发伤患者产生明显影响目前尚未见临床报道。笔者回顾性分析2003年6月-2009年6月应用大剂量MP治疗的合并脊髓损伤的多发伤患者78例，疗效满意。现报告如下。
