摘要
对陕西南部洋县农村劳动力现状进行问卷调查并分析所得数据,结果表明该县农村中男女比例不协调,男性多于女性;外出务工的人数明显大于在家务农的人数,不同年龄段的外出务工者中,男性人数多于女性人数,而且随着年龄的增长这种趋势也越来越明显;随着经济的发展,农民工的收入也不断增加,外出打工已经成为现代农村的普遍现象,农民已经从务农为主转变成务工为主,同时,农民工的文化程度与其月收入存在一定的联系;尽管越来越多的农村劳动者外出打工,但是他们中的绝大多数还是不愿放弃在农村的土地。提出要强化宣传引导,切实转变农民的就业观;改变落后思维方式,破除农民重男轻女的思想;制定兴农政策促进农村自身的发展,在帮助农村劳动力得到更好的发展的同时也能促进农村经济的良性发展。
The status of rural labour force in Yang County in the south of Shaanxi Province was investigated.The results showed that males outnumber females;the number of migrant worker was obviously more than people following the plough,in different age stage of migrant workers,males were more than females,and the trend tend to obvious with age increasing;migrant workers income increased with economic development,the education level of migrant workers had a certain relationship with their monthly income;although more and more farmers go out for work,most of them didn＇t give up land in rural.Several countermeasures were put forward,such as strengthening propaganda guidance and changing farmers＇ job outlook;breaking up thought of regarding men as superior to women;making positive policies for promoting rural development.
