摘要
受市场经济和IT行业发展的影响,学生的就业形势非常严峻,提高学生的就业竞争力至关重要。本文就职业生涯规划,大学生第二课堂,实践教学以及学生培养模式四方面进行浅析,以提升学生就业竞争力。
Influenced by market economy and the development of IT industry,the situation of students＇ employment is very serious,so it is essential to improve their employment competence.This paper discusses the countermeasures to improve university students＇ employment competence in terms of following four aspects：career planning,university students＇ second classroom,practical teaching and the mode of students＇ cultivation.
