摘要
为适应我国卫生事业改革需要,培养合格的全科医师是建立全科医学教育体系的核心。我院是最早一批被省厅确定的全科医师实践培训基地,在多年的培训管理中总结经验,已形成系统化管理,特别是明确了"六专"的管理模式。
To meet the needs of China＇s health sector reform,the training of general practitioners is the core of the establishment of qualified general medical education system.Our hospital is the first group of ministries and agencies established by the practice of general practitioners training base.Years of training in management,does not only bring us experience,but forms a systematic management,in particular,explicitly states the ＂six specialty＂ management model.
