摘要
我国会展业目前正处在飞速发展时期,而会展人才的供应却严重匮乏。会展专业教学正处于探索期,如何准确地进行人才定位,设置合理的课程体系,培养出会展企业可以"拿来就用"的人才,是目前会展教育亟待解决的问题。秉着"立足实际、面向企业、校企共建、实用领先"的指导思想,希望通过探索,在课程体系设置、实训基地建设、师资队伍建设、毕业生就业引导等方面,形成一套能够培养出符合社会需求的、能实现与企业零距离对接的高技能应用型人才的会展专业培养新模式。
China＇s exhibition industry is now in its rapid development period,but it is in a serious shortage of talent supply.Exhibition teaching is in its exploration period,how to accurately position the personnel and to set a reasonable course system is a crucial problem to be solved.Faith to the guiding ideology of ＂based on practical situation,business-oriented,school-enterprise cooperation,practical leadership,＂ this paper hopes to form a set of new cultivation model that is able to cultivate hightech applied talents able to meet the needs of the society and realize the cohesion of actual situation with enterprises.
