摘要
本文在对作者所在高校近几年学生重修数据统计的基础上,分析了大学生重修的各种原因,在此基础上,对如何减少大学生重修的问题进行了探索,并从教师、管理人员、学校三方面提出了对策,即高校教学、重修、教学管理。对教学管理人员而言,应经常深入学生中去,广泛听取学生意见,将其重修学习上的各种困难、想法和要求进行分类整理,协助教师共同探求适合重修学生容易接受的教学方法和手段;对学校而言,首先应建立和完善学业预警制度。
In this paper,based on the statistics of college students' rate of restarting a lesson,the writer analyzes the various reasons.On how to reduce it,the writer proposes the countermeasures from three aspects,that is teachers,administrators and the school.For teachers,they should often go to the students,listening to the views of students and help them explore the proper measures.For the school,it should first establish and improve early warning system.
