摘要
20世纪50年代初,美国斯坦福大学创建了世界上第一个大学科技园——斯坦福研究园,从此大学科技园在世界范围内蓬勃兴起。我国大学科技园起步较晚,在取得较好的成绩背后也存在着许多问题,造成这些问题的原因是多方面的,但其管理机制是影响大学科技园发展的关键因素之一。本文通过总结世界著名大学科技园的发展经验和管理机制来探讨适合我国国家大学科技园发展的管理机制。
In the 1950s,Stanford University built up the first un-iversity science and technology park——Stanford Research Park.University science and technology parks flourished over the whole world.Chinese university science and technology parks started after a long time,and they face all kinds of problems though they＇ve got some achievements,Management Mechanism is one of the most significant factors for the development of University Science Park.In this paper,the discussion on manag-ement mechanisms suitable for the development of the National University Science Parks in China is proposed,according to the in-depth summarize of the development experience and management mechanism of World University Science Parks.
