摘要
目的:观察在社区医疗机构,应用中医药结合健康教育、家庭护理及心理指导综合疗法治疗小儿疱疹性龈口炎的疗效。方法:前期对社区相关家长进行儿童疱疹性疾病相关知识的健康教育,对45例就诊的疱疹性龈口炎患儿,按验方煎剂口服并配合中药制剂局部湿敷;同时对家长做相关知识的进一步普及,疏导其焦虑心理;做好家庭护理,包括保证饮入量、物理降温及保持口腔卫生;对患病小儿进行心理安抚。观察患儿的发热时间及溃疡愈合情况,并计算治疗有效率。结果:应用中医药结合健康教育、家庭护理及心理指导综合治疗小儿疱疹性龈口炎治愈率为71.11%,总有效率为97.78%;发热持续时间平均2.63d,溃疡愈合时间平均3.78d,疗效明显。结论:疱疹性龈口炎患儿在应用中医药结合健康教育、家庭护理及心理指导综合治疗后,具有疗效确切,安全可靠,方便价廉的特点,充分调动了社区医疗机构的资源特色,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of combined treatment of herpetic gingivostomatitis in children at community health care institutions,which include application of traditional chinese medicine,health education,home care and psychological guidance.Methods：At first,the relevant parents received health education on herpetic gingivostomatitis in children,45 cases of herpetic gingivostomatitis in children were treated by prescription oral decoction and partial wet with Chinese medicine,at the same time,did the further spread of knowledge for parents,eased their anxiety,for family care,including ensuring drink intake,physical cooling and maintain oral health;did psychological comfort for sick children.Observed in children with fever and ulcer healing,and calculated the efficiency of treatment.Results：The cure rate of herpetic gingivostomatitis in children treated by application of traditional chinese medicine,health education,home care and psychological guidance was 71.11%.The total effective rate was 97.78%;the ulcer duration was 3.78 days and fever duration was 2.63 days.The treatment effect was significant.Conclusion：Combined treatment,including application of traditional chinese medicine,health education,home care and psychological guidance,on herpetic gingivostomatitis in children could get good clinical results,which fully make use of the resources of the institutions of community medical and deserved to be further apllied in practice,worthy of clinical use.
