摘要
脑卒中造成患者不同程度的肢体或语言功能障碍,严重影响患者的生活质量。脑卒中的康复成功与否不仅取决于各种康复治疗,也取决于治疗以外的康复护理和各种康复治疗能否得到继续和巩固。因此,脑卒中的康复护理对实现其康复的总目标具有十分重要的意义。在脑卒中患者疾病发展的各个阶段,进行康复治疗的同时,护理人员运用护理知识和技能,对患者及家属提供专业指导,通过肢体功能康复的护理、心理护理、语言康复护理措施的全面实施和配合,提高了康复效果,使患者的致残率下降,提高了生活质量。
Stroke caused patients different levels of body or language impairment,severe effects on patients＇ quality of life.Stroke rehabilitation success depends not only on the kinds of rehabilitation treatment,also depends on the outside of the treatment rehabilitation nursing and rehabilitation treatment whether could be continued and consolidation.Therefore,stroke rehabilitation nursing to realize its rehabilitation of total target has very important significance.In the patients with cerebral stroke disease at all stages of development,rehabilitation treatment at the same time,the nursing staff nursing knowledge and skills,for patients and their families to provide professional guidance,through the limb function rehabilitation nursing,psychological nursing,language rehabilitation nursing measures for comprehensive implementation and cooperation,improve the rehabilitation effect,make patients morbidity fall,improve the quality of life.
