摘要
目的:为了更好地控制医院制剂质量、保障人民用药安全,现对其原有质量标准进行修订,增加黄柏的薄层色谱鉴别。方法:提取方法用乙醇提取,采用环保的理念,减少有毒试剂的使用。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰可见。结论:采用此种方法,简单可靠,易于控制质量。
Objective：To better control the quality of hospital preparations to ensure safety in medicine,so revised its original quality standards now,increase the identification of TLC for phellodendron amurense.Methods：Use ethanol extraction method,which used the principle of environmental protection,reduce the use of toxic reagents.Results：TLC spots was clearly visible.Conclusion：Using this method,simple,reliable,easy to control quality.
