摘要
目的:探究心理干预对儿童正畸治疗过程中学习成绩的影响以及其效果。方法:对本院2007年2月~2010年1月收治的正畸的儿童108例,随机分为实验组与对照组,对实验组患儿实施心理干预,对照组患儿采用常规护理,并对患儿正畸过程中的学习情况进行评价。结果:实验组患儿的学习情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者治疗效应比较,实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),对两组患者的遵医行为比较,实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对正畸儿童采用合理的心理干预有助于提高患儿的学习成绩,改善患儿的学习兴趣。
Objective:To investigate the factors affecting academic performance and the effects of psychological intervention for children during orthodontic treatment.Methods:108 cases of children admitted in our hospital from February 2007 to January 2010 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,given experimental group children psychological intervention,while given the control group routine care,and evaluate the learning of children in process of orthodontic.Results:Experimental group was better than the control group in children's learning(P〈0.05);compared the two groups of patients with treatment effect,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P〈0.05),and the experimental group behaves better than the control group in compliance behavior(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Give reasonable psychological intervention to the children in orthodontic can help improve children's academic performance and their Interest in learning
