摘要
针对新疆少数民族地区医药院校的特点,对培养适应新疆经济建设需要的应用型人才的培养目标及培养模式进行了思索,初步总结中药民族药药学应用型人才的培养模式,即人才培养模式必须从单纯专业性培养向应用型转变,从优化教学内容和课程体系,突出实验技能培训,改革教学方法手段,强化科研实习等方面的改革,培养以能力为本位的应用型人才。
According to the characteristics of Xinjiang minority nationality regions in medical colleges,a rational comprehension on the existing problems in the training aim and model is provided,and the reform and practice of talents training to adapt to the economic construction in Xinjiang is summarized.The talents training mode must be changed from the professional to the applied training.The ability as the standard applied talents can be cultivated by optimizing the teaching contents and curriculum systems,emphasizing the training of technical,reforming teaching methods and identifying practices of scientific research and other aspects.
