摘要
目的探讨多米诺肝移植患者术后的护理方法。方法严密监测生命体征、凝血情况、引流状况，维持出入量平衡，正确服用免疫抑制剂，预防感染，合理膳食，预防并发症，做好心理护理。结果患者顺利度过围手术期，治愈出院。结论针对本手术的特点，对患者实施整体护理，是保证多米诺肝移植术后顺利恢复的重要环节。
Objective To probe into the methods of postoperative nursing care for the patient undergoing domino liver transplantation. Methods The key of postoperative care included： monitoring of vital signs, the condition of cruor and the state of drainage rigorously; keeping the balance of intake and output; taking the immunosuppressive drugs correctly; proper diet; prevention of complication; giving psychological nursing. Results The patients passed the perioperative period successfully and were all cured. Conclusions To aim at the characteristic of this operation, implement holistic nursing care, is an important link to assure the patients of domino liver transplantation to recover smoothlv after the operation.
