摘要
目的观察一次性输液器调节器的不同高度对回血的影响,探讨其理论依据,从而提高临床静脉穿刺成功率。方法将40名合格志愿者随机分为A、B组,每组试验两种高度。把输液器的调速器放置离输液器终端接头四种不同高度,在不同高度下双手同时穿刺,记录回血情况。结果 A、B两组的回血率及回血长度随着调节器高度的增加而增加,且具有显著相关性。结论一次性输液器调节器夹在远离调输液器终端接头时进行静脉穿刺,回血明显,能有效地提高静脉穿刺成功率。
【Objective】 To observe the disposable infusion regulator to the influence of different height blood return,discusses the theoretical basis,thereby improving clinical venipuncture success.【Methods】 40 qualified volunteer randomly divided into A,B group,the governor from the infusion apparatus infusionis terminal connector placed four different heights,both hands at different heights,record under blood return puncture.【Results】 A,B two group of blood return rate and with the length of the height increases regulators,and has significant correlation.【Conclusion】 One-off apparatus infusionis regulator clip in far from adjustable infusion terminal connector in blood return venipuncture,obviously,can effectively improve venipuncture success.
