摘要
目的初步探讨护理干预在Cottn骨折临床路径中的影响。方法 2010年2月至2010年9月三踝骨折患者57例随机分为一般诊疗护理组31例和临床路径组26例。一般诊疗护理组病人接受常规护理,临床路径组在常规护理的基础上,给予术前、术中和术后针对性护理指导及功能康复指导。统计两组患者住院天数、用药时间、住院费用、患者对护理工作满意度、患者对三踝骨折相关知识的掌握程度。结果临床路径组患者平均住院天数、用药时间和住院费用较一般诊疗护理组显著降低,患者满意度和疾病的相关知识掌握率显著提高。结论三踝骨折临床路径中护理干预显著提高了护理质量,降低了诊疗费用,提高了患者满意度,对和谐医患关系具有重要意义。
【Objective】 To investigate the effect of the nursing intervention in Cottn ankle fracture clinical pathway.【Methods】 57 pationts with Cottn fracture,from Februrary to September in 2010,are randomly divided in general medical care group（31 cases） and clinial pathway group（26 cases）.Patients in general medical group are given with routine care.On the basis of conventional care,patients in clinical pathway group can receive preperative、intraperative and postperative nursing instruction and function recovery.To statistc hospitalized time、medical care time、hospitalized cost、pationts＇ satisfaction rate and mastering relative knowledge to Cottn fracture.【Results】 The average hospitalized time 、medical care time and hospitalized cost in clinical pathway group are lower than that in general medical care group,pationts＇ satisfaction rate and mastering relative knowledge in cilinical pathway group higher than that in general medical care group.【Conclusion】 The nursing intervention in Cottn fracture can siginificantly improve nursing quality,reduce the cost and improve the pationts＇ satisfaction.It is important to harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
