摘要
目的总结与探讨健康教育在产后访视中的应用价值。方法将本中心辖区樟洋社区内产妇分访视组(观察组)和未访视组(对照组)各60例,了解两组母婴健康状况,访视组给予母乳喂养知识、婴儿护理保健、产褥保健等健康教育指导并评价健康教育的效果。结果访视组产妇明显提高自我保健意识和育儿知识水平,更好地促进母婴健康。结论健康教育在产后访视中的实施,解决了产妇出院后知识面不足的问题,消除或减轻了影响母婴健康的危险因素,提高母婴生活质量及社会效益,是保障母婴健康的重要环节。
Objective To summarize and discuss the application of health education in post-natal visits.Methods Thematernal in the center area of Zhangyang were divided into the visit community group(observation group) and the not visit(control group),60 cases in each group to understand the two maternal and child health,the visit group were given the knowledge of breastfeeding,infant care and health care,postpartum care and other health education and guidance and to evaluate the effect of health education.Results Group visits significantly improved maternal health awareness and parenting self-knowledge,and better promoted maternal and child health.Conclusion The implementation of health education in the post-natal visits solved the problem of maternal inadequate knowledge after discharge,eliminate or reduce risk factors affecting maternal and child health,improve the maternal and child quality of life and social,that is an important part to protect maternal and child health.
