摘要
虽然大连市农业生产已经进入都市型现代农业发展阶段,但仍然存在农民综合素质低、服务都市的功能不够健全、农业融资渠道较少等一系列问题。针对这些问题,大连市应采取发展新型农业业态、发展农业产业化经营组织、健全农产品质量安全体系、建立财政支农资金稳定增长机制、促进农产品出口贸易持续增长等措施。
In Dalian, though agricultural production development has stepped into the stage of urban modern agriculture. But, there are still some problems, such as：farmers＇ overall quality is not high, the function of service the city is not perfect, agricultural financial method is implement some countermeasures, like developing shortage. According to the problem, the government should new agricultural format, developing agricultural industry organization,establishing and perfecting the quality and safety of agricuhural system, establishing stable financial support growth mechanism ,promoting the continued growth from exports, etc.
