摘要
目的通过50例未婚异位妊娠患者分组进行心理干预,分析了解婚前异位妊娠患者的心理状态,探讨护理干预对患者的影响。方法将50例未婚异位妊娠患者随机分成对照组和观察组,术前两组进行常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上进行系统心理护理和健康宣教,包括促进家人的理解和配合、分析患者心理状态、介绍疾病的发展、保护患者的隐私、术后的心理指导等。结果通过入院及术后2~3 d调查问卷焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分,采用配对检验和成组设计的检验进行统计学处理,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论系统的心理护理可以有效减少未婚异位妊娠患者的负面情绪,有利于疾病的康复。
Objective To analyze premarital ectopic pregnant patients′ psychological status and to investigate nursing intervention effect.Methods Fifty unmarried ectopic pregnant patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Before operation,the two groups were given conventional treatment and nursing.Observation group was given additional systematic psychological nursing and health education,including the promotion of family understanding and cooperation,analysis of patients′ psychological status,introduction of disease development,protection of patients′ privacy,and psychological guidance after surgery.Results Questionnaires for Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS） score before patients′ admission and 2-3 days after operation were used.Wilcoxon test and group design inspection were analyzed statistically.There was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05） Conclusion Systematic psychological nursing on unmarried ectopic pregnancy patients can effectively decrease patients′ negative emotions and help patients recover.
