摘要
目的总结15例下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症(ASO)继发血栓形成行插管溶栓治疗的并发症观察和护理经验。方法对15例ASO患者采用经股动脉插管直接溶栓术,对其进行观察护理,对其并发症的护理经验进行总结。结果 1例术后发生导管阻塞,1例术后出现穿刺点渗血、血肿,1例拔管后出现腹膜后血肿、失血性休克,1例术后并发下肢深静脉血栓形成,均被及时发现并得到正确治疗护理后康复。结论下肢ASO患者采用插管溶栓治疗术后重视该技术的专科护理,抗凝溶栓期间严密监测凝血功能,加强病情观察;及时发现、早期处理插管有关的并发症,以保证安全、提高疗效。
Objective To summarize the experiences of the observation and nursing of complications of thrombolytic intubation therapy on 15 patients with crura arteriosclerosis obliterans（ASO） secondary to thrombosis.Methods Fifty patients with crura ASO were treated by direct femoral intubation artery thrombolysis.The nursing was observed and the nursing experiences of the complications were summarized.Results One case of postoperative catheter obstruction,one case of postoperative bleeding and hematomaon puncture site,one case of retroperitoneal hematoma and hemorrhagic shock after extubation,and one case of complicated deep venous thrombosis,were found and got the right care in time.All the 15 patients recovered after treatment.Conclusion Specialist nursing should be carried out on the crura ASO patients after intubation thrombolytic therapy.The coagulation function should be monitored closely during thrombolytic anticoagulation.The observation of patients′ conditions should be strengthened to find and treat the catheter-related complications in time to ensure safety and improve effect.
