摘要
目的探讨全方位护理对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响及康复效果。方法采用全方位护理对56位脑卒中患者分别从健康教育、心理、生活、功能锻炼、康复护理及出院指导进行护理,采用国际普适生活质量量表(SF-36)对患者的生活质量进行评价与效果观察。结果 56例脑卒中患者接受全方位护理干预后,SF-36生活质量各维度评估指标(除3BP)均明显高于入院时。结论全方位护理对提高生活质量及康复的效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing on life quality and rehabilitation of patients with stroke.Methods Holistic nursing was given to 56 patients with stroke in terms of health education,psychology,life,functional training,rehabilitation and discharge instructions.International universal life quality questionnaire（SF-36） was used to assess life quality of the patients and its effect.Results After the holistic nursing,the life quality indexes of SF-36（except 3BP） were significantly higher than what they were before admission.Conclusion Holistic nursing has obvious effect on the improvement of patients′ life quality and rehabilitation.
