摘要
目的观察早期置鼻肠管实施肠内营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效及护理。方法对30例急性胰腺炎患者置入螺旋型鼻肠管进行肠内营养支持,观察其疗效及不良反应。结果 30例患者拨管后,均顺利过渡到糖尿病低脂饮食或低脂饮食,治愈出院。结论早期置鼻肠管实施肠内营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎安全有效,促进疾病恢复,同时还减轻患者的经济负担。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of early enteral nutrition and nursing in severe acute pancreatitis patients.Methods Thirty patients with severe acute pancteatitis were selected,and intubated nasointestinal tube was placed into jejunum of each patient.The effectiveness and side effects were evaluated.Results All 30 patients were cured and discharged from hospital.Conclusion Enteral nutritional is safe and can decrease the financial burden of patients in treatment of severe acute panceatitis.
