摘要
目的探讨外周血造血干细胞采集的护理。方法对外周血造血干细胞采集进行全程护理,包括采前的科普宣教、环境准备、饮食及睡眠护理;采集过程中的生理和心理支持、建立良好血管通道、预防并及时处理各种不良反应等;采集后的防护、饮食、和沟通等。结果 81例均获得满意的采集效果。结论正确的护理可以顺利、高质量地完成外周血造血干细胞的采集。
Objective To evaluate the function of nursing in peripheral blood stem cell collection.Methods Series nursing methods were performed in peripheral blood stem cell collection,including pre-collection science mission,environmental preparation,diet and sleep care,physical and psychological support during collection process,establishing a good vascular access,prevention and treating all adverse reactions,protection,diet caring and good communication after collection.Results Satisfied collection results were achieved in all 81 cases.Conclusion Proper nursing is important in getting high-quality peripheral blood stem cell.
