摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在支气管哮喘急性发作患者中的作用。方法将68名支气管哮喘急性发作患者随机分为两组各34例。对照组患者采用常规护理,对观察组患者在心理、生活环境、体位、吸氧、排痰、饮食、睡眠等方面的不适问题,采取针对性的护理措施。结果观察组在生理、心理精神、社会文化、环境维度上的舒适度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);护理工作满意度调查,观察组明显高于对照组。结论在支气管哮喘急性发作患者中应用舒适护理,可提高患者的舒适度及对护士工作的满意度。
Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing on the patients with acute bronchial asthma.Methods Sixty-eight patients with acute bronchial asthma were equally divided into experimental group and control group.Conventional nursing was given to the control group.Pointed measures were given to the experimental group when patients were uncomfortable with mental state,environment,position,oxygen,expectoration,diet and sleep.Results The comfortableness of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in terms of physiology,psychology,and socio-cultural subscale and environment.The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing on the patients with acute bronchial asthma can increase the comfortableness of patients and satisfaction of patients.
