摘要
目的探讨老年肺癌患者在静脉化疗时经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）及股静脉置管的临床应用比较。方法回顾分析17例PICC置管患者与46例股静脉置管的临床资料,分析置管成功率及置管时间及并发症。结果 PICC置管一次性穿刺成功率76.4%（13/17）,置管时间36-162 d,平均84 d。股静脉置管一次性穿刺成功率91.3%（42/46）,置管时间3-71 d,平均36 d。PICC置管较股静脉置管皮下血肿及血管栓塞、导管相关性感染发生率低。结论 PICC置管较股静脉置管具有并发症少、置管时间长、护理方便,更宜于为患者接受。
Objective To compare the applications of the PICC intubation and femoral vein catheter in elderly lung cancer patients′chemotherapy.Methods Retrospective review of 17 PICC intubation cases and 46 femoral vein femoral cases was done to analyze the success rate of intubation,the time of indwelling and complications.Results In PICC intubation group,the one-time success rate was 76.4%（13/17）,and the indwelling time of intubation was 36~162 d,mean 84 d.While in femoral vein catheter group,the one-time success rate was 91.3%（42/46）,and the indwelling time of catheter was 3~71 d,mean 36 d.There were lower incidence of Hematoma and vascular thrombosis,and catheter-related infections in PICC catheter group.Conclusion Compared with the femoral vein catheter,there were fewer complications,longer indwelling time of catheter and more convenience of caring in cases applied with PICC intubation.
