摘要
目的:探讨农村孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病的治疗、预防方法,以减少并发症、改善母儿预后。方法:对30例农村妊娠期高血压患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病患者26例痊愈,4例转上级医院进一步治疗,死胎0例,引产1例。结论:加强孕期管理,做好健康教育,早期发现并积极争取有效措施可有力预防妊娠期高血压疾病,明显改善孕产妇及围生期的预后,减少并发症的发生。
Objective： To investigate the prevention and treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pergnancy, reduction of complications and improvement of recovery, especially for the rural pregnant women. Methods： Thirty rural patients who suffered from hypertension during pregnancy were retrospective analyzed. Results： Twenty-six of them recovered while four others were transferred to superior hospital. Among all of the patients, no still birth while one induced labour. Conclusion： Stengthening the management of pregnancy, perfecting health education, early detection and seeking actively for measures can be effective in preventing hypertensive disorder complicating pergnancy, significant improvement of maternal recovery and reducing the incidence of complications.
