摘要
以医学科技知识情报资源为馆藏重点的医院图书馆,为医院的临床、科研及教学等工作提供着大量的文献资料,具有重要的服务性、科学性和教育性。随着现代信息技术和网络技术的不断发展,医院图书馆的职能也逐渐出现了一些转移和调整。本文结合笔者的实际工作经验,阐述了医院图书馆的特点和重要职能,讨论了网络信息技术给医院图书馆带来的影响,并针对其当前面临的主要问题进行了分析,提出了建设富有信息时代特色的现代医院图书馆的有效策略。
With medical knowledge and information as the mainstay of its collection, the hospital library is an important source of different types of medical documents and journals to clinical, research, and academic staff. With the development of information and network technology, the function and role of the hospital library has also changed. Using the author＇s working experience, this document discusses the duties and features of the hospital library, as well as the effects of technology, what challenges it currently faces and solutions to such challenges.
