三乙醇胺乳膏预防乳腺癌放射性皮炎的观察及护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨三乙醇胺乳膏对乳腺癌患者放射损伤预防及治疗效果。方法:回顾本院2008年10月~2010年12月,收治的100例乳腺癌患者临床资料,随机分为观察组(应用三乙醇胺乳膏)与对照组(未应用三乙醇胺乳膏),每组患者50例,两组均以三维适形(3DCRT)或者胸部切线区的放射治疗,每周观察记录两组皮肤反应出现的时间与程度以及深度和持续时间,并进行对比。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:三乙醇胺乳膏对乳腺癌放射性皮肤反应具有较好的治疗效果,适宜应用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of triethanolamine in preventing and treating of breast cancer radiation dermatitis of breast cancer. Methods: 100 cases of patients with breast cancer in our hospital from October 2008 to December 2010 were randomly divided into observation group (appling triethanolamine cream) and the control group (no appling triethanolamine cream), there were 50 cases of patients in each group. The two groups were taken three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3DCRT) or breast tangential zone, occuring time, degree, depth and during time of skin reactions were contrasted in observation group and control groups in each week. Results: Effect in observation group was significantly better than control group (P0.05). Conclusion: The effect of triethanolamine in preventing radiation dermatitis of breast cancer is good, and it is worthy of application.
