摘要
目的了解安康市鼠类种群及季节消长情况,为灭鼠防病、防鼠害探讨有效防制措施。方法采用夹夜法,每季度调查1次,在季初的1个月内完成。结果共布鼠夹3 549有效夹次,捕鼠2科3亚科6属11种479只,密度13.89%;黑线姬鼠、褐家鼠为优势鼠种;第三季度密度最高;不同季节、不同生境的鼠密度在统计学上均有显著性差异。结论在秋末至次年春季(10-4月)加强灭鼠能达到事半功倍的效果。
Objective To understand the seasonal fluctuations and rodent population of Ankang city,and explore the effective control measures to prevent disease,rat-proofing and deratization.Method Adopted clip night method,quarter surveied,and the investigation should be completed within a month.Results We total set 3449 rat traps,and catched 479 rat,which including 2 families,3 subfamilies,6 genera,and 11 species,the density of mice was 13.89%.The dominant species were Apodemus agrarius and Rattus norvegicus,it was highest in the 3rd quarter.The density had significant difference in seasons and ecotopes.Conclusions We enhanced the deratization work at the time of autumn to next spring（October-April） can achieve good effect.
