摘要
目的比较中德两国在医院管理方面的差异。方法通过亲身经历,对比分析两国在医院管理方面的不同。结果德国医院管理体制和我国存在明显不同。结论通过分析德国医院管理体制的特点,借鉴德国医院管理的先进经验,结合我国的国情和医疗现状,对于我国医院管理有着重要的现实意义。
Objective To compare the great difference in hospital management system between China and Germany.Methods Through the experience in Germany for one year,to compare and analyze the difference in hospital management system between two countries.Results There is great difference in hospital management system between China and Germany.Conclusion Through the analysis of the characteristics of hospital management system,we can learn advanced experiences.According to our country＇s medical situation,it is practically significant for our hospital management system in China.
