摘要
本文对上海市开展的住院医师规范化培训,从培训考核机制、基地和师资队伍建设、人事管理制度及外界支持等方面进行分析,反映上海市住院医师规范化培训的优越性和创新性,对在军队和全国范围内建立住院医师规范化培训制度具有借鉴意义。
The article carried out investigation on residency standardized training in Shanghai,and made comprehensive analysis from four aspects,such as training appraisal mechanism,construction of basis and teaching staff,the personnel management system and external support.The result showed its superiority and creativity,and its mode should give some experiences for the establishment of residency standardized training in military and national wide.
