摘要
目的探讨超声在小儿急性肠套叠诊断中的价值。方法选择28例急性肠套叠患儿,回顾性分析其临床资料,总结超声图像特征经验。结果 28例肠套叠患儿超声检查中,26例在护理干预下配合良好,腹腔内见肿块,图像具有特异性,超声可明确诊断;2例患儿在检查中哭闹不止,且肠道气体较多,未能仔细检查而漏诊。结论超声对小儿急性肠套叠有重要诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute intussusception in value.Methods we retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 28 cases of acute intussusception in children.The ultrasound image characteristics and experience were studied.Results 26 patients has good nursing intervention.Mass were seen intra-abdominal,and the image has specificity.They could be final diagnosed by ultrasound.2 patients in the examination were crying,and they were missed diagnosis because of a lot of gas in intestinal tract.Conclusion Ultrasonography has important diagnostic value for acute child intussusception.
