摘要
目的观察西咪替丁对过敏性紫癜的治疗效果,为其在临床过敏性紫癜治疗的应用提供理论依据。方法 64例过敏性紫癜患者分为两组:西咪替丁治疗组23例,肾上腺皮质激素(泼尼松)治疗组23例,对比观察两组的疗效。结果西咪替丁治疗效果明显高于泼尼松,有效率分别为100%和69.6%,P<0.01。结论西咪替丁过敏性紫癜疗效优越,可做为过敏性紫癜治疗的优选药物。
Objective To examine the effect of Cimetidine treatment on anaphylactoid purpura,and to provide a theoretical basis for its clinical applications.Methods In this study,64 cases with anaphylactoid purpura were divided into two groups including cimetidine group and adrenal corticosteroids group,and we evaluated the differences in their efficacys.Results Cimetidine treatment was significantly higher than adrenal corticosteroids treatment on anaphylactoid purpura（100% and 69.6%,P0.01）.Conclusion Cimetidine could have reflected a superior efficacy in the treatment on anaphylactoid purpura,and may be selected as preferred drugs for anaphylactoid purpura in clinical application.
