骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗大鼠脑出血实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)移植后,对大鼠脑出血模型脑组织损伤的修复作用。方法制备大鼠脑出血模型,随机分为两组,实验组在脑出血部位附近注入MSCs,对照组注入生理盐水。采用Menzies量表进行神经功能缺损评分。应用组织学检查,观察脑损伤部位的病理变化。结果治疗后1~7周,神经功能缺损评分均具有显著性差异,P<0.05;MSCs治疗组,病理切片结果提示:与生理盐水组相比,MSCs治疗组均可见脑组织变性坏死范围减小;免疫组化发现生理盐水组未见Nestin阳性细胞,MSCs移植组出血区内可见少量Nestin阳性细胞。结论 MSCs可促进大鼠脑出血脑组织损伤的修复。 Objective To observe the repair of tissue injury of rat cerebral hemorrhage model after transplantation of marrow mesenchymal stem cell.Methods Such models were divided into two groups.The test group was injected with MSCs near hemorrhage part and control group was injected with NS.The neurologic impairment was observed with Menzies and pathological changes was observed in injury parts.Results There was significant difference in Menzies score within 1~7 weeks.The necrosis area of brain tissue was decreased and with some Nestin positive cell in test group compared with control group.Conclusion MSCs might improve the rat brain tissue repair of cerebral hemorrhage.
