摘要 目的是建立一种同时测定水中微量砷和铅的方法。方法采用酸消解法消解水样,氢化物发生-原子荧光法同时测定水中微量砷和铅。结果显示,砷和铅方法的检出限分别为0.20μg/L和0.24μg/L,回收率分别为92.9%~104.4%和93.5%~103.8%,相对标准偏差分别为2.3%和3.5%。水中微量砷和铅用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定能满足要求,可以同时测定。 To establish a method for the determineation of As and Pb water.Trac amount of As and Pb in water were determined Simultaneously by HG-AFS after the water sample were digested with acid.The diction limits of this method were 0.20μg/L for As and 0.24μg/L for Pbrespectively.The recoveries of As and Pb were 92.9%~104.4% and 93.5%~103.8%.The relative standard deviations for As and Pb were 2.3% and 3.5%.The trace amounts of As and Pb in water can be simultaneously determined by the HG/AFS.
