声脉冲辐射技术对甲状腺肿瘤鉴别诊断的价值 被引量:13

摘要 目的研究声脉冲辐射技术(AR FI)在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法分别用二维、彩色多普勒超声及AR FI对52例甲状腺肿瘤患者进行检查,术后对比病理结果,比较甲状腺良恶性肿瘤的各种声像学表现特征。结果甲状腺良恶性肿瘤的AR FI表现各有特点,且差异有特异性(P<0.01),AR FI技术对甲状腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断优于传统常规超声技术。结论 AR FI技术对甲状腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别有较大的价值。 【Objective】 To investigate the significance of the application of Acoustic Radiation Force Impulse(ARFI) in the differential diagnosis between benign thyroid tumour and malign thyroid tumour.【Methods】 52 thyroid cancer patients were examined by using two-dimensional ultrasound,Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI) and ARFI.After the operation,we traced the pathological findings and compared various kinds of sonographic characteristics between benign thyroid tumour and malign thyroid tumour.【Results】 ARFI showed the specificity(P〈0.01) of benign or malign thyroid tumour,and therefore ARFI is better than traditionally conventional ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of thyroid tumour.【Conclusions】 ARFI has much application value in the differential diagnosis between benign and malign thyroid tumour.
