摘要
为解决螺旋、渐开线花键、榫槽齿形等复杂拉刀的数控磨削相关技术难点,通过对拉刀数控磨削工艺、双圆弧廓形拟合算法、砂轮廓形修正算法等的分析研究,得到了拉刀数控磨削模型构建、刀位轨迹规划和数控代码后处理的相关方法。依此提出了拉刀数控磨削计算机辅助制造系统构架,开发了一套拉刀数控磨削计算机辅助制造系统。通过基于VERICUT构建的虚拟拉刀数控成形磨床进行拉刀磨削实验,对计算机辅助制造系统的功能和各算法进行了验证。结果表明,该计算机辅助制造系统能够实现复杂拉刀前角、后角、廓形、齿背磨削以及成形砂轮廓形修正数控程序的编制,磨削工艺合理,廓形修正精确。
To deal with the correlative technical difficulties(spiral broach,involute spline broach,fir tree groove,etc.) in broach Numerical Control(NC) grinding,by analyzing grinding process,biarc approximation profile fitting algorithm,and gringding wheel correction algorithm of broach NC,the methods of modeling broach for grinding,planning tool path's lay-out and post-process for NC code were acquired.The architecture of broach NC grinding Computer Aided Manufacturing(CAM) system was put forward according to these methods,and CAM system for broach NC grinding was developed.Besides,grinding experiments were conducted based on a virtual grinder which was set up in VERICUT to verify each algorithms and CAM system's functions.The results showed that the CAM system could correctly generate NC codes to process the rake-angle,clearance-angle,profile,relief-angle of broach and profile correction for wheel.
