摘要
为改善湖南新滨湖发动机有限公司的BH175F1型单缸风冷涡流室式柴油机的性能,利用AVL-FIRE程序对其缸内工作过程进行了数值模拟研究。研究结果揭示了燃烧室内的平均温度和压力的变化,涡流室内一次涡流、二次涡流的形态和位置等相关信息,以及燃油喷雾扩散和混合气形成过程的特点。此外,还探讨了油嘴安装角度对混合气形成及燃烧过程的影响,发现了油嘴安装角度偏离对称面可以获得更加均匀分布的混合气,确定了可以使燃烧持续期缩短将近5°CA的油嘴安装角度。
In order to understand and improve the performance of a BH175F1 air-cooled swirl chamber diesel engine produced by Hunan Binhu New Engine Co.,Ltd.,the in-cylinder work processes of the engine is numerically studied by AVL-FIRE v2008 package.The results show the changes of mean temperature and pressure of the combustion chamber,the information of modality and station of first swirl and second swirl in swirl chamber,and,the character of spray and mixture formation process.Moreover,the effects of nozzle setting angle on mixture formation process are discussed,and the nozzle setting angle that results in more symmetrical mixture distribution in the main chamber is obtained.
