摘要
以尼龙66(PA66)为基体,研究和分析玻璃纤维和碳纤维混杂对尼龙66增刚的影响.固定玻璃纤维质量分数为24.6%,改变碳纤维的质量分数,将玻璃纤维(GF)、碳纤维(CF)先用硅烷偶联剂KH550进行表面处理,用双螺杆挤出造粒和注塑成型方式制备GF/CF增刚PA66复合材料,对试样进行拉伸模量、拉伸强度、弯曲模量、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度等性能测试,并利用扫描电镜分析复合体系的冲击断面特征.研究结果表明:GF/CF混合纤维对PA66具有很好的增刚效果.
Polyamide66 was used as basic material,and researched and analyzed how the mixed fiber(GF and CF) influenced on the stiffness of the nylon66.The content of GF was 24.6 %,changed the content of CF.Firstly the surfaces of GF and CF were treated with si-alkane coupling agent KH550,and PA66 /GF/CF composites were prepared by a twin-screw extrusion and injection molding process.The composites properties such as: tensile modulus,tensile strength,flexural modulus,flexural strength,notched impact strength were studied.The impact fracture characteristic of composites were analyzed by using scanning electron microscope.The results show that the stiffness of the PA66 /GF/CF appears the good reinforcement.
