超声波钠化改型膨润土

Sodium Modifiction of Bentonite Using Ultrasonic Technology

摘要 以钠型阳离子交换树脂为钠化剂,采用超声波对天然钙基膨润土进行钠化改型.实验考查反应条件对钠基蒙脱石收率的影响,确定适宜的钠化条件为:土浆质量分数为9%,树脂与天然钙基膨润土的质量比为0.5∶1,超声波作用时间40 min,温度为70℃,收率达到49.55%.所制钠基蒙脱石CEC值为97.19 mmol/100 g,通过XRD测得的层间距d001=1.285 9 nm. Natural Calcium bentonite was sodium retrofitted with ultrasonic treatmeant,using the sodium cation exchange resin as sodium retrofitting agent.The effect of the condition on the yield of sodium montmorillonite was studied in the experiment.The optimium condition for the preparation of sodium montmorillonite was determined,that is:the concentration of slurry is 9 %,the mass ratio of the resin to natural Calcium bentonite is 0.5∶ 1,the ultrasonic reaction time is 40 minutes,the temperature is 70 ℃,and the yield is 49.55 % under these condition.The cation exchange capacity(CEC) of the sodium montmorillonite prepared was 97.19 mmol/100 g.The XRD analysis indicated that its d001 layer spacing was 1.285 9 nm.
