摘要
信息诱导系统是提高综合交通枢纽换乘效率、均衡客流分布、提高系统利用率以及管理水平的有效途径,文中系统分析了综合交通枢纽信息诱导系统在面向不同的受众群体下所具有的系统功能,分别对面向乘客、车辆以及运营管理者的信息诱导功能进行了系统的分析。研究了综合交通枢纽信息系统的结构组成,包括综合交通枢纽信息诱导系统的应用平台,并分别对综合枢纽交通信息采集平台、信息共享平台、信息管理平台和信息服务平台的结构进行具体的分析。针对不同的交通枢纽类型,提出了综合交通枢纽信息诱导系统的服务设计要素。
Information guidance system in integrated transport hub is an effective way to improve the transfer efficiency, balance passenger flow distribution, system utilization and management. The paper analyzes the corresponding functions the information guidance system should have when it serves to different target groups. Then, the paper specifies the system functions for the passengers, vehicles and operation managers respectively. At the same time, this paper stud- ies the structure components and application platform of the information guidance system. The structure of information collection platform, information sharing platform, information management platform and information services platform is analyzed specifically. Finally, the paper proposes different design elements of information guidance services for different types of transport hub.
