摘要
随着北运河流域内用水量和排污量的不断增加,河流污染严重。为改善这种现状,在2010年对北运河(通州段)的浮游植物与理化因素的检测与分析,以期为北运河干流的综合治理以及生态修复提供依据。监测结果显示:北运河五项理化指标的TSIM值平均92.6,Chla达到135.49μg/L,水体为富营养。主要污染物是CODCr、BOD5、TN、NH4-N、TP。浮游植物Shannon-Weaver多样性指数0.16,显示北运河为重污染型水体。浮游植物密度与Chla呈极显著正相关,Chla与CODCr呈显著正相关、与NH4-N呈极显著正相关、与TN呈显著正相关。北运河七个监测断面共检测出浮游藻类8门86种,平均密度为2730.95×10^4 cells/L,绿藻、蓝藻占优势。
With the increase of water use and pollution of the north canal, the river was seriously polluted. In order to improve the actuality, phytoplankton and physicochemieal factors were investigated and analyzed. It is expected that the study can provide basis for comprehensive management and ecological restoration of the North River Canal. The monitoring results in 2010 showed that the average amount of Chlorophyll A was 135. 49μg/L and the average TSIM value of the five targets in North Canal being 92.6. That all indicated eutrophication. CODCr, BOD5 , TN, NH4-N and TP were major pollutants. Shannon-Weaver diversity index was 0. 16, which showed that North Canal belonged to seriously polluted river. The results of bivariate correlation analysis showed that Chlorophyll A was positively correlated with CODCr and TN at a significant level of alpha = 0. 01, while positively correlated with cell density of phytoplankton and NH4-N at a significant level of alpha = 0. 05. The phytoplankton community was composed of 86 species and distributed among 8 phylums in North Canal. The average density of phytoplankton was 2 730 × 10^4 cells/L,with Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta being the dominant groups.
